We’re here to help everyone enjoy the benefits of a beautiful plant filled space, no matter your schedule, skill level, or historical success rate. Our motto is "If you love it, you’ll take care of it”, but that doesn’t mean you have to love every chore.
1) Intake
Drop-off:
Bring your plants in anytime during our regular shop hours. Open daily 10-6.
When you arrive, a team member will assist you with check in. We will ask a few questions about your plants' history, your goals/concerns, and collect your preferred contact information.
Or Pickup:
Contact our store or submit an inquiry to have your plants picked up for treatment from your home or workplace.
We will work with you to to set a pickup window. Our friendly and experienced driver will show up during the scheduled time and safely transport your plant back to our shop for treatment!
2) Diagnosis
Within a few days a clinician will perform a full diagnostic. They will contact you with their findings and to recommended / discuss treatments and services options to meet your plant's health goals.
3) Treatment
You can rest easy knowing your plants are receiving the very best care and attention during their stay with us!
If anything comes up during treatment you'll be in the know! We will contact you with any changes or updates.
4) Discharge
After treatment is complete
it's time to get your plant back home to you!
Your clinician will notify when your plant is ready to return home. Pickup in store during our regular business hours
or schedule a return.
Most clinic patients qualify for complimentary return delivery.
Dues for services rendered is due prior to delivery or at pickup
