Pickup FAQ
How many plants can I send?
Prior to your pickup please let us know approximately how many plants you'd like to send into our clinic. Each diagnostic service covers up to 5 plants but we're happy to look at just one, or your whole collection!
Can I pick up my plants instead of having them delivered?
Absolutely! You are welcome to come in and pick your plants up after their treatment is complete. We just ask that you schedule a return delivery or pickup your plants within 48 hours of completion of treatment due to limited space in the clinic.
How much does it cost?
Pick up services range from $40 - 200 depending on the size of your plant(s) and proximity to the shop.
Send us a photo of the plant(s) you would like retrieved and the city and we can get you a quote. In most cases, return delivery is complimentary!

What if I need to reschedule my pickup or delivery?
Not a problem. Please provide as much notice as you can and we will set another appointment window for you.
If you are unable to be available for your appointment without notice there may be a re-delivery charge.
What if I'm out of town when my plants are ready?
No problem! We can either deliver your plants to a trusted friend or relative within our delivery range or we now offer boarding services so you know your plants are in the very best care while you're away.
Note boarding service charges do not apply while your plant is in active treatment.
How long will my plant be in the clinic?
Treatment time varies depending on the plant and the care it needs. Most plants spend 1-2 weeks in our clinic.
What if I'm not home when my plant is being delivered?
Your return delivery will be scheduled ahead of time within a 4 hour timeframe.
If you are unable to be available for your delivery you may leave us instructions for a safe place outside the home to deliver your plants.
