Plant Pickup Service

Got plants that needs some TLC but getting to our shop/clinic isn't in the cards?

Our plant pickup service is for you!

View the selections in the drop down window below for a pricing quote. This fee includes pickup and return delivery of your plant(s).

**Currently all pickup appointments must be booked through a team member. Please call, text, email or DM us to schedule your pickup!

What to expect:

Day of your appointment an Urban Sprouts driver will come to the shipping address provided at some point during your appointment window, pick up your plant(s) and bring them to our Renton location (in downtown Renton).

Once your plant is in our shop your plant care clinician will assess your plant's needs and reach out to you to digitally or by phone to discuss services and pricing. This may include repotting, trimming, pest treatment, leaf polishing etc. Please note it may take up to 72 hours for your provider to contact you after pickup.

After your plant is serviced you will be sent a custom listing for products and services rendered. Once paid your service provider will schedule an appointment for a complimentary drop off!

24 hour appointment cancelation policy, no shows or cancelations within 24 hours of appointment time will surrender appointment fee.
