Three different ways to get your plants home.
We’re dedicated to making your plant care journey as low stress as possible. That includes how the plant journeys to you in the first place! We’ve got a few different options that suit a variety of different needs and locations, so you can shop confident that what you order will get to you intact.
Note: We’re a small local shop with a handful of staff. Occasionally, we do run into stock discrepancies or discover a plant isn’t up to our standard of quality. If that happens, one of us will be in contact to discuss an alternative or a refund.
Pick them up at the shop:
Know what you want, but can’t get down to Renton to visit us until the weekend? Want to skip both lines and shipping time?
Shop at your leisure online and pick it up in the shop whenever is most convenient to you. If you’re buying a pot with your plant, you can even have us re-pot it in the shop for you. Just make a note of it in your order.
Orders are generally processed and available within 24 hours. If you would like, you can include a time you would prefer for pick up and we will try to have your plant ready for you.
Get them Delivered:
If you live near our downtown Renton storefront, you may be eligible for delivery.
We currently deliver to King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County on Wednesdays.
Your plant will arrive in an open-faced box or a bag, and we will send a notification to the email or phone number you left at checkout.
We love Washington State, but are not currently sending our delivery driver on multi-hour roadtrips. If you live out side of those counties, please choose the ‘shipping’ option at check out.

Get them Shipped:
Getting a live plant shipped to you can be anxiety inducing. There’s so many variables outside of your control! That’s why we do everything we can on our end to help your plant arrive as healthy as possible.
We carefully prepare your plant for it’s trip with secure internal packaging to prevent unwanted movement during transit. Our packaging varies depending on the season to help best meet your plants environmental needs while it’s getting to you. We also place a “Fragile Live Plant” sticker on your package so that it is treated with care once it leaves our store.
Shipping costs are calculated by our shipping service provider. We get bulk service rates to give you the best price we can, while ensuring the best route and care for your plant.
If something seems unreasonably high, reach out to us and we can make sure the metrics are correct for the items in your order.
A reminder: We do everything we can to prepare your plant for it’s trip, but once we’ve shipped it the shipping provider is responsible for the condition and transportation of your purchase. We can’t do anything about delays that occur after your plant has left our care.
