Our Plant Clinic

From routine maintenance to rehabilitation, our plant clinic is here to assist you with your houseplants’ health.

Our Clinic Process

1) Plant intake

You can drop your plant off in store any time during business hours. Don’t have time to bring your plant in? We also offer pickup service within 30 miles of our store (Lynnwood to Tacoma)! Contact us to schedule a pickup window.

Schedule an intake appointment and save $5!

2) Exam

Within a few days, a clinician will perform a full exam on your plant(s). They’ll contact you with exam results and recommended next steps. Clinicians look for symptoms like root stress, pests, and malformed or stunted growth. Higher risk plants are prioritized for exams and treatment.

3) Treatment

Once you and your clinician agree on next steps, they’ll treat your plants. Clinicians do not treat plants without customer approval, unless there are pests present. Infested plants must be given at least one round of treatment in order to stay in the clinic.

Treatment prices vary depending on the size of your plant and the scale of the service performed. Depending on their diagnosis and treatment plan, some plants require different planters or physical supports, which your clinician will discuss with you.

4) Discharge

Your clinician will notify you when treatment is complete. You can pick up in store during our regular business hours or schedule return delivery service. Most clinic patients qualify for complimentary delivery! Payment is due when plants are picked up in store or delivery is scheduled.

We’re here for you long after your plants are discharged from the clinic. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns after your plants’ clinic visit.
