Elephant Bush, also known as dwarf jade, is a succulent found primarily in South Africa. They have small, bright green leaves that line their red stalks that turn woody with age. They grow in a shrub-like manner and can be pruned into many unique shapes. An ideal, low maintenance plant, it prefers bright light and water when the soil is completely dry.
‘Red Stem’, named for its brilliant color, is an excellent plant for folks who prefer infrequent care.
