Bark Fines

Pinus radiata bark fines have excellent water retention properties, ensuring your plants receive a consistent and adequate water supply. They promote optimal moisture levels in the root zone, reducing the risk of overwatering or underwatering.

The medium texture of these bark fines create air pockets in the soil, improving aeration and preventing soil compaction. This results in healthier root systems and better nutrient uptake for your plants.

Bark fines are a traditional substrate choice for orchids but can be a great addition for a wide variety of soil blends.

Quarts per pot size: 

• 6” planter: ~1 -2 quarts
• 8” planter: ~2 - 3 quarts
• 10” planter: ~10 quarts 
• 12” planter: ~12 quarts
