Air Plant 'Xerographica' 6"
The Sturdiest Air Plant
Say hello to your next plant purchase! Native to places like Mesoamerica and the Southeastern United States, these funky, ribbon-like plants absorb water and nutrients through tiny scales on their leaves, allowing them to be displayed in creative and unique ways. Sure to make a distinctive statement, Air Plants come in a variety of unique shapes and styles - nearly 650 different species!
Xerographica are capable of growing very large (although extremely slowly) in the right conditions. Their leaves will cascade downward in ringlet curls as the plant matures. Keep in a medium to bright indirect light exposure and wet thoroughly every 1-2 weeks. Tip upside down to dry to avoid water pooling in between the leaves. Apply fertilizer spray 1-2 times per moth after watering.
