Syngonium are commonly known as "arrowhead plants" due to the triangular shape of their leaves. They come in many varieties but the recent favoritism of the Syngonium rayii is apparent.
With deep green velvety leaves, a flashy silver streak in the center of each leaf, and a elegant draping growth pattern, what could you possibly not love about it?
Syngonium grow in a beautiful dome shaped mound and will occasionally send out a dreamy runner. When fully formed and hanging syngoniums are dreamy cascading beauties!

Water: When ~1 inch of topsoil is dry. Slight dry out between watering but ideally keep damp but not overly wet. Syngonium are tollerant to medium to high humidty so are great candidates for terrariums and vivariums. High humidity is not needed but will certainly make for happier plants. Use a mister, humidifer or keep under glass for easy humidity control.

Fertilize: Monthly with bacterial inoculant recomended for steady growth and to promote flowering
Temperature: Room temp, protect from harsh fluctuations in temperature particularly in the winter
Toxicity: Contain small amounts of calcium oxalate, ingestion may result in slight discomfort in the mouth or stomach. Ingestion of a large volume of plant matter or have a particuar sensitivity may experience gastrointestinal distress (from one end or the other) but is rarely serious. Always consult your vet/Dr. if your pet/child has ingested plant matter and exhibits any symptoms.
