This variety of philodendron has a gorgeous coloration pattern that starts as a striking cinnamon color, making it a very unique kind of philodendron to add to any plant collection. 

The large leaves grow in red and then turn dark green with age, eventually forming a very lush bush shape overall. With proper care, you'll find this plant can easily grow to two or three feet in diameter.

Propagate easily by placing cuttings into water and allow to root.

Lighting: Medium to bright indirect

Water: When the top inch of soil has dried out, usually about once a week. Be careful not to overwater.

Soil/Potting: Plant in a rich organic soil in a container with a drainage hole and made of slightly porous material like ceramic. Repot annually or when plant exhibits discoloration without the presence of any mis-watering habits

Fertilize: Monthly with bacterial inoculant recomended for steady growth and to promote flowering

Temperature: Room temp, protect from harsh fluctuations in temperature particularly in the winter

Toxicity: Non-toxic for humans and pets; still definitely not tasty..
