Use with ceiling hook if you're hanging something extra heavy right into the drywall!
To install, make a hole the drywall where you would like the mount to go. Collapse the butterfly wings by folding them in against the screw. Push the head with the wings folded down through the hole and then allow the wings to expand on the other side of the drywall. Install the hook onto the protruding screw.
